Annual membership fee is $50 per person.
We are working towards building a community where merchants and consumers support each other and in turn create a thriving community where all benefit.
Our goal is to make it easy for people to find their shopping, dining, services and entertainment options right in their own backyard AND support their community.
Big chains and franchises have bigger staffs and budgets, so they can get their names out there easily. But independent businesses often are 2-3 person family operation, and they don't have the resources to be as 'in your face' as the big guys. We're here to help.
We hope to encourage consumers to choose a small, local business for select purchases over a large chain store or the Internet by offering them an easy way to find what they need and special discounts. We do not presume that we will completely change the way the people shop but we do hope that we can get the consumer to think local first. It has been proven that if you shop locally more money will stay in the community, this creates more jobs and more jobs means more people with money spending money.
It's pretty simple and we hope to help make that happen.
Local Loyalties wants to give back to its community, as well, so a portion of each membership sold will be donated to local schools, municipalities and charitable organizations annually.
